About Graham
With over a twenty-five year career to date, Graham has solid academic qualifications including a Masters Degree in Education; People and Organisation Development, a Certificate of Education (Cert Ed) and a CIPD in Digital Learning Design.
Continuing his passion for learning and people development, Graham is a recognised expert in learning design, delivery, metric evaluation and assessment quality assurance across large complex organisations, successfully delivering and achieving people and organisation improvement mediations. Thriving in challenging scenarios, Graham consistently pushes for high standards of performance with cost savings and ensures that sustainable profit is at the forefront of each pre-designed program.
Clients who worked with Graham could attest to a genuine journey of learned culture through alignment of both theoretical principles and reality of practice. A keen value for money thinker, Graham has been involved in many compliance inspections including Ofsted, ESFA, Matrix and Awarding Organisations.
Graham is also a certified Mental Health England First Aider and an approved MHFA Instructor, delivering MHFA England syllabus in two, one and half day accredited courses.
Originally from Yorkshire, Graham was as a youth professional footballer before moving into coaching and outdoor education in the UK then continued to gain professional experience abroad in the USA, Canada, France, Germany, Spain and South Africa. A keen Huddersfield Town fan, Graham believes and maintains a healthy lifestyle, ran three marathons and several half marathons raising money for charities.
More recently, Graham has joined the sports team at Radio Verulam to commentate on match days for National Conference South football team, St Albans City FC. A local community radio station for all.
